Whole Body Workout...

Beginers to advanced exercisers will benefit from this super all over body workout. 10 week blast of fast paced, high intensity circuits... The quick pace and constant switching between exercises and equipment really works your body, tackles all your major muscle groups and hits them hard for huge gains in both strength and fitness. Not only is it a super fat burner so will aid with weight-loss but the resistance work with weights and other equipment will aid with increasing muscle tone and inch-loss for lovely long lean bodies!

Each 50 min session is packed with cardio and boxing work combined with upper and lower body strengthening work and core work, using a variety of equipment and exercise techniques. Classes are designed for ALL abilities; from those just starting to exercise, to the already very fit. Each class is structured in a non-competitive environment where all abilities can work together...

The Power Circuits Class will run on Tuesday evenings at 7.15 pm at Hartspring Community Centre, Bushey. Email Jody and Daniel to find out the start dates for the next course.
